Athens – The Thousand Islands Watershed Land Trust (TIWLT) is hosting a Native Tree & Plant Sale being held the next two weekends, May 16 & 17 and May 23 & 24.
The sale is being held at the Glen Elbe Learning Centre, 870 County Road 42, Athens from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Wildflower kits will be available on May 23 & 24.
The TIWLT Native Tree & Plant Sale is more than a chance to bring beautiful plants home – every native tree, wildflower, and heirloom vegetable planted helps strengthen biodiversity and restore habitat in the Frontenac Arch.
Native plants are uniquely adapted to this region, making them more resilient and valuable to pollinators, birds, and local ecosystems. Whether you’re planting one tree or filling an entire garden, your contribution goes a long way toward conservation. Thank you!
Wildflower kits will be available on May 23 & 24.
