Brockville – The City of Brockville Water System is currently experiencing a low-pressure condition within the Parkedale Booster Station service area due to a mechanical issue that remains under investigation.
The Water Systems Division requests the cooperation of all commercial, industrial, institutional, and other large-volume water users located in Zone 2 (north of Highway 401) to reduce non-essential water consumption and refrain from high-demand water use activities until further notice.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Filling storage tanks, cisterns, or reservoirs
- Bulk water use
- Irrigation and landscape watering
- Fire flow testing
- Any other process or activity involving substantial water demand
These measures are necessary to help maintain adequate system pressure and preserve water availability for essential use and fire protection while City staff work to identify and resolve the issue.
Staff are actively investigating the situation and implementing corrective measures. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
We appreciate your immediate cooperation and patience during this time.
