2023 1000 Island Triathlon/Duathlon

The 2023 edition of the 1000 Island Triathlon/Duathlon is taking place Sunday, August 13th in Downtown Brockville.
The event will feature:
- Olympic Triathlon,
- Olympic Triathlon Relay,
- Sprint Duathlon, Olympic Duathlon,
- Olympic Swim Cycle,
- 5K Run,
- 10K Run,
- Sprint Triathlon,
- Sprint Triathlon Relay
- Try a Tri.
This year the Thousand Islands Triathlon and Duathlon will have a slightly different look.
Organizers have moved the Transition Zone 300M east to Centeen Park. So there will be different run, swim and bike routes from previous years. The run route is still going through the Brockville Railway Tunnel.
