Three Companies One-Act Weekend

The Brockville Theatre Guild is proud to announce that they are hosting their first annual one-act play festival, Three Companies One-Act Weekend.

Three local theatre groups will be performing a one-act play of their own as part of this festival being held on Friday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 4th at The Arts Hub, formerly St. John’s United Church, Park Street, Brockville. Show times are 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday night with a 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday.

Tickets are available at the door for $20 each.

The plays vary in length with a total running time of 75 minutes with a short intermission between each to allow for sets to be struck and assembled. Audiences will get to see all 3 plays at the evening performances with only two at the matinee.

In true festival form, each group will be timed for their set up and take down. Audiences will have the opportunity to observe this process.
