Delta – The 193rd edition of the Delta Fair takes place this weekend, July 27th to 30th at the Delta Fairgrounds.
Some of the highlights of this year’s fair will include, Chainsaw Art Carving, Mini King & Queen Pageant, Ambassador Pageant, Truck Pull, Petting Farm/Pony Rides, The Animal Keepers Show, Baby Show, Magic Show, Lawn Mower Races, Chicken Barbecue, Antique Tractor Pull and much more.
Live music will include, 88 Acres-Country Rock on Thursday evening, Steve Piticco & Friends and The Steel Horse Gypsies on Friday night, The Road Apples, a Tragically Hip Tribute and Sandman – Metallica Tribute. On Sunday, the Jeff Code and the Silver Wings Band will perform in the afternoon.
As well, the Worlds Finest Shows Midway is onsite all weekend, from Noon to 10:00 pm on Thursday and Friday, 11:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday.
The gates open on Thursday at 11:00 am. Mini King & Queen Pageant takes place at 2:00 pm, followed by the Ambassador Pagent taking place at 5:00 pm and the official opening starting at 6:00 pm.
Daily admission is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday:

13 Years & over – $8
Four-Day Gate Pass non-transferable Pass – $30 available until July 26th!
The cost for parking is $2 at the William Street Lot.
