Front of Yonge – A 27-year-old Athens resident has been charged with impaired driving after a single-vehicle collision with a hydro pole in Front of Yonge Township Monday night, according to OPP.
Leeds OPP said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that they responded along with other emergency services to the collision on Lake Street near Graham Lake Road.
The driver, a 27-year-old resident of Athens, sustained only minor injuries and has been criminally charged with impaired driving.
Any witnesses to the incident are asked to contact Leeds County OPP.
