Ceremony Being Held on Sunday, April 27th in Brockville!

Brockville – The National Day of Mourning, which honours workers who have been injured or killed, is on Monday, April 28th.
The ceremony being hosted by the Leeds-Grenville Labour Council will be held on Sunday, April 27th at the Brockville Museum at 5 Henry Street in Brockville from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Join them on Sunday to honour workers who have lost their lives or been injured on the job. Hear stories from community members whose lives have been impacted by workplace tragedies and learn more about how to keep workers safe.
As well, the winners of the Day of Mourning Contest will also be announced.
On Monday, April 28th, the actual Day of Mourning, there will be free Health & Safety (H&S) training webinars all week until Friday, May 2nd.
