Brockville – Brockville Collegiate Institute (BCI) hosted its first-ever VEX Robotics event on Tuesday, welcoming six teams from BCI, South Grenville District High School, North Dundas District High School and Rideau District High School.
Students competed in matches where robots raced to collect and stack coloured rings for points.
BCI also shared highlights from their recent success at the Skills Canada – Ontario Competition in Toronto, where they proudly represented UCDSB in the “High Stakes” VEX challenge.
This wraps up an exciting year of VEX Robotics across the #UCDSB, with 7 schools piloting kits in tech classes and clubs.
With the sparks of creativity firing up, we’re ready to gear up for an even bigger and better robotics season next year!
