
Brockville – The 39th annual 1000 Islands-Kingston Poker Run made its annual lunch-stop in Brockville on Saturday, along Block House Island.
Close to 40 boats made the stop between 11:00 am and noon.

The 1000 Islands-Kingston Poker Run is one of the World’s first Poker Runs America-sanctioned events, and this year, it entered its 39th consecutive year.
The poker run left Kingston at 10 am for the official poker run start with stops at the Landing at Ivy Lea, in Brockville for lunch, Rockport’s Hucks Marine & Resort and finishing up back in Kingston.
Just before 2:00 pm on Saturday, the boats lined up south of Block House Island as they started their return trip to Kingston.
With more than 40,000 spectators lining the shores of the St. Lawrence River from Kingston to Brockville to catch a glimpse of the most powerful and colourful boats in the World.
