As well as other Legion members were recognized at this year’s dinner!

Brockville – The Brockville Legion Branch 96 recognize Don Corneil as their Legionnaire of the Year on Friday, November 7th, at their annual Veterans Remembrance Dinner at the Legion.
“Don’s dedication, hard work, and unwavering support for the Branch and its members truly embody the spirit of the Royal Canadian Legion. Whether he’s lending a hand, supporting veterans, or keeping Branch 96 running smoothly behind the scenes, Don’s commitment and generosity never go unnoticed. His contributions have made a lasting impact on our community, and we are deeply grateful for all he does. Congratulations, Don — this honour is well deserved!” said the Legion.
“The Legion thrives because of its members — the dedicated individuals who put in the time, effort, and passion to make it what it is. Every achievement, every milestone, and every success is built on the commitment of those who show up, contribute, and push the community forward. Legion’s strength is, and always will its people.”
Several other Legion members were recognized at this year’s dinner for their contributions, including Hugh Brown, Don Craig, Rosemary Spas, Rob Kittle and Kevin Brennan. As well, a special presentation was made by MPP Steve Clark to Ralph McMullen, who was honoured with the Ontario Veteran’s Award for Community Excellence.
