
Brockville – On November 9, 2025, at about 3:50 pm, police received a call of a male driver slumped over the wheel of a car in the area of 60 William Street.
Officers located the vehicle and identified the driver as a 32-year-old male.
After speaking with the driver, it was decided to demand the breath sample for alcohol screening.
The driver was not cooperative with the police originally, but after he was arrested and taken to the police station, he provided samples confirming he was over the legal limit.
As a result, his vehicle was impounded, his licence suspended and charged with operation while impaired and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration over 80mg.
