Brockville Police Service Continues to Respond to a Significant Volume of Calls for Service

Brockville – The Brockville Police Service continues to respond to a significant volume of calls for service, reflecting the wide range of responsibilities our officers carry out daily to promote safety in our community.

Throughout the month of April, officers were called to numerous incidents involving fire scenes, bomb threats, serious assaults, break and enters, drug related offences, and a variety of complex investigations, all while maintaining a strong focus on traffic enforcement and public safety.

In April alone, up to the time of this report, the Brockville Police Service responded to 1,373 occurrences. As a result of these incidents, officers laid 160 traffic related charges and 135 criminal charges.

These numbers highlight the dedication and professionalism of officers who continue to serve our community under demanding circumstances.
