Miles for Moms: 5K, 1K & Scavenger Hunt Being Held This Saturday in Hardy Park

Brockville – The Miles for Moms: 5K, 1K & Scavenger Hunt is being held this Saturday, May 9th in Brockville’s Hardy Park.

The event runs from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm raising funds in support of QueenCare, a local charity dedicated to educating, equipping, and encouraging birthing women and their families.

There will be a 5K Fundraising Race, a 1K Family Walk/Run, a Kids Scavenger Hunt, Live Music with Mellow Lily, Mother’s Day Craft Station, by donation and Picnic Snack Boxes, by donation.

“By filling gaps in essential support services, QueenCare is raising the bar for maternal health right here in Brockville, with funds directly supporting local initiatives such as in-person prenatal education, weekly peer support groups, in-home support, and resources for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss,” said QueenCare. “Your participation in this event helps ensure that no mother has to navigate postpartum mental health challenges alone.”
