Scheduled Work Begins This Week, Part of Ongoing Improvements on Brockville Railway Tunnel Lighting

Brockville – Work is scheduled to begin this week as part of ongoing improvements to the Brockville Railway Tunnel lighting system.

Each year, sections of the tunnel lighting are upgraded to replace equipment before it reaches the end of its lifespan. This year’s work will focus on one section of the lighting display, including fixture replacement and system upgrades to help keep the experience running smoothly for visitors.

The tunnel is expected to remain open during this work, but visitors are asked to please be mindful of crews working on site.

This capital project is part of the City’s continued investment in maintaining and enhancing one of Brockville’s key attractions.
