Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.

- Wind gusts up to 100 km/h.
- Ping pong ball sized hail.
- Heavy rain, possibly exceeding 40 mm.
When:
- This afternoon and evening.

- Thunderstorms may develop quickly and bring strong winds, hail and heavy rain.
There is a risk of injury.

Emergency Management Ontario recommends that you take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches.
Strong wind gusts can damage trees, buildings and overturn vehicles. Large hail can cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.
