
Brockville – On July 28, 2026, at approximately 9:00am, police received a call at an office building on Strowger Boulevard, regarding a victim disclosing an assault that had previously occurred. Both the female victim and her 63-year-old, boyfriend were at the location.
Officers arrived and investigation revealed that an assault had taken place. It was discovered that the female was previously struck in the face the male.
Injuries are considered non-life-threatening. It was also learned that the male was on conditions to not communicate with the victim.
As a result, the male was arrested and charged with assault and failing to comply with probation. He was released on conditions and a future court date.
