Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce Announces Dane Fellows as 2026 President’s Award Recipient

Brockville – The Brockville & District Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Dane Fellows as the recipient of the 2026 President’s Award, recognizing his extraordinary leadership, outstanding citizenship, and transformative impact on the Brockville and district community.

Since arriving in Brockville eight years ago, Dane has become one of the region’s most dedicated community champions. Known for leading by example, he consistently steps forward to support local organizations, families, and youth , always placing the spotlight on the cause rather than himself.

Dane’s contributions span an exceptional range of initiatives. Each summer, he hosts weekly charity car washes and BBQs at his dealership, providing all supplies at his own expense and donating 100% of proceeds to local organizations. His annual Christmas Shed Raffle and free pictures with Santa has raised over a million dollars for charities including Brockville General Hospital, the YMCA of Eastern Ontario, and the Boys and Girls Club of Eastern Ontario, Mental Health and addictions through United Way. Through the collective efforts, Dane has helped more than 400 families each year ensure their children experience the joy of Christmas.

His support for youth and families is equally significant. Dane has helped send children to summer camp, supported YMCA programs such as Teen Night and many local area schools, and provided monthly food support to ensure youth have a safe, welcoming space to connect. He donates from every vehicle sale to Hyundai Hope on Wheels, which helps support children with cancer.

Dane’s leadership extends beyond financial generosity. He is a mentor, a connector, and a trusted supporter of local organizations. His commitment to service has strengthened charities, expanded youth opportunities, supported families in crisis, and inspired countless others to give back.
