City of Brockville Labour Day Monday Holiday Schedule

Brockville – City of Brockville administrative offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, for the Labour Day holiday long weekend.

What’s Closed:

Municipal administrative offices will be closed on Monday, September 7 including:

• City Hall (1 King Street West)
• Gord Watts Municipal Centre (251 North Augusta Road)
• Wastewater Treatment Centre (1807 County Road 2 East)
• Water Filtration Plant (20 Rivers Avenue)

The following city services and facilities will also be closed on Monday, September 7:

• Waste Collection: No collection. Collection will be on the following day of your regular pickup. Please put out your items one day after your usual collection day for the remainder of the week. Download the 2026 Waste Collection Calendar.
• Compost Site, Gord Watts Municipal Centre, 251 North Augusta Road
• City Transit: No service
• Brockville Arts Centre, 235 King Street West
• Brockville Public Library, 23 Buell Street
• Brockville Tourism Visitor Information Centre, 16 Market Street East

What’s Open:

• The Brockville Museum, 5 Henry Street, will be open on Monday, September 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
