Municipal administrative offices closed on Thanksgiving Monday, October 13, 2025:
- City Hall (1 King Street West)
- Gord Watts Municipal Centre (251 North Augusta Road)
- Wastewater Treatment Centre (1807 County Road 2 East)
- Water Filtration Plant (20 Rivers Avenue)
City services and facilities changes:
Brockville Tourism, Visitor Information Centre:
- Location: 16 Market Street East
- Closed on Thanksgiving Monday

- Open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm for as long as the outdoor weather remains favourable

Waste and Recycling Collection:
- No service on Thanksgiving Monday
- Collection will be on the following day of your regular pick up. Please put out your items one day after your usual collection day for the week of October 14th to October 17th inclusive
