Break-In at Hydro One Facility in Brockville Thursday

Brockville – On October 30, 2025, at about 4:45 am, police received a call regarding a suspect who had broken into the fenced yard of the Hydro One facility on Front Avenue and was currently inside the property.

Officers attended and located a 34-year-old female inside the facility. The subject was in possession of multiple power tools and a chainsaw. She was arrested and the stolen property probation orders with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

The subject was held for a bail hearing after being charged with the offences of breaking and entering a place with the intent to commit theft and three counts of failing to comply with probation.
