
Westport – The Westport Rideaus won their NCJHL semi-final series with the Kanata Kings four games to three this past weekend.
On Friday night they lost 6-4 to the Kings, to tie the series at 3-3. Then on Saturday, the Rideaus won a 2-1 decision over Kanata to win the series.
Westport will now face the Vankleek Cougars in the 2026 NCJHL playoff final best of seven series starting on Saturday, March 28th with game one at the Vankleek Hill Arena starting at 7:30 pm. Game two is at the WTC Centre in Westport on Sunday, March 29th at 7:30 pm.
