
North Grenville – A two-vehicle collision in North Grenville has resulted in charges against one of the drivers.
Officers with the Grenville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the scene at the intersection of Oxford Street East and Sanders Street around 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
One car had failed to stop for a stop sign, entered the intersection and collided with another vehicle. No serious injuries were reported, although the driver of the second vehicle was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
As a result of the investigation, a 44-year-old man from Merrickville-Wolford has been charged with:
Failing to stop for a stop sign, driving while under suspension. The individual is scheduled to appear in court on January 7, 2026.
