
Brockville – Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement for Brockville, Prescott, Mallorytown, Gananoque, Kemptville, Merrickville-Wolford, Charleston Lake, Westport and Kingston.
Snow is expected this afternoon through Saturday morning. Total snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm, with reduced visibility in heavy snow at times.
An Alberta Clipper is set to slide across the region starting this afternoon and persist throughout much of the day into Saturday.
Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
Remember to take frequent breaks and avoid strain when clearing snow.
