Eligible groups are invited to submit proposals for projects, events, and programs that align with the City’s strategic priorities, including bolstering tourism, cultural preservation, and sustaining community connections. Applications are reviewed by City staff, with funding decisions based on the merits of each submission.
The deadline for applications is Wednesday April 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

Funding levels are set annually in March and split evenly between two intakes, with any unused funds from the first intake carried forward.
