
Brockville – On March 29, 2026, the Brockville Police Service received two reports of stolen Toyota vehicles. One was a 2024 Toyota Tundra and the second was a 2024 Toyota Highlander, both taken from the driveways of residences in the southwest area of the city.
The Toyota Tundra was recovered in the Kemptville area, by the OPP. A 31-year-old, male was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime. The Toyota Highlander has not been recovered and remains missing.
Additionally, to these thefts, there was another report of a possible attempted theft on a separate 2025 Toyota Highlander in the city, within the same timeframe.
We want to remind everyone to take proper precautions and protect your property to deter thefts.
Examples are installing cameras, increasing lighting or motion lights and considering using devices like the steering wheel lock bar.
