Brockville – The Central Canada Hockey League would like to congratulate Brockville Braves broadcaster Harper Cotie on being named the 2025-2026 Chris Messina Broadcasting award recipient.
The CCHL created the Chris Messina Broadcasting award to honour the legacy of the first Director of Broadcasting and the creator of the CCHL broadcasting program. Chris passed away in 2017 at the young age of 32.
This annual award is presented to the broadcaster who best exemplifies traits that Chris displayed, commitment to the CCHL, a passion for the broadcasting program, their club team, and other member teams.
