
Brockville – On April 26, 2026, at approximately 3:30pm, police received a call from a male stating that he had been assaulted by his 24-year-old, girlfriend, at a residence on Reynolds Drive.
Officers attended the residence and spoke with both parties involved. The investigation determined that the female had assaulted the male by striking him on the arm and spitting on him. During the altercation, the victim’s glasses were damaged. Any injuries sustained were considered minor and non-life threatening.
The female was arrested and transported to the Brockville Police Service for further investigation. As a result, she was charged with two counts of Assault and one count of Mischief Under $5,000.00. She was later released with conditions and a future court date.
