United Counties of Leeds and Grenville Encampment Outreach in Leeds and Grenville

Brockville – As the weather warms up, you may begin to notice encampments in parts of our communities.

This is not unusual. When indoor options are unavailable or individuals are not yet ready to access them, some people find shelter in outdoor spaces.

Our outreach team is aware this is happening and is actively working to connect with individuals living in encampments to discuss available options.
