Rideau Lakes – The Leeds County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is investigating a traffic-related incident involving this person and this all-terrain vehicle.
OPP say the incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23rd on Highway 15 near Cedar Lane in Rideau Lakes Township.
