Brockville – A Special Weather Statement is in effect for Brockville, Leeds-Grenville. Significant rainfall and mild temperatures are expected Wednesday.
Beginning Tuesday night and ending Wednesday night. Rainfall amounts of 15 to 25 mm.
Rain, heavy at times, along with isolated thunderstorms will impact southern Ontario on Wednesday. This rainfall, combined with melting snow and the limited ability of the frozen ground to absorb this rainfall may lead to localized flooding in low-lying areas and water pooling on roads.
For information concerning flooding, please consult your local Conservation Authority or Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry office. Visit Ontario.ca/floods for the latest details.
Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to ONstorm@ec.gc.ca or post reports on X using #ONStorm.
