Brockville – The Brockville Bunnies had a doubleheader with the Montreal Titans on Thursday at Jack Giffin Field at Fulford Park. They came away with one win and a loss.
Brockville outhit the Montreal Titans 11-5 in game one winning 3-0.
Jack LaBrash had the complete game win giving up 5 hits with 7 k’s and in complete control all game long. Cohen Gill had a pair of doubles while Ben Buxton, Ryan Robinson and Lucas Gravlin each with a single, and double.
Wyatt Last, Mattie Barkley and Charlie Todd had one hit a piece.
In game 2, it was 0-0 after three innings but the Titans scored four unearned runs in the fourth and twelve in the sixth for a 16-1 Titans win. Todd took the loss going four innings but deserved better. Ryan Crotty, Ethan Pert, and Noah Deryaw are in relief. The Bunnies held to a single hit by Barkley.
After Thursday the Bunnies overall record stood at 19-16-1.
