Maple View Landings Fundraising Committee Update

Brewing up $1,000 for the G. Tackaberry and Family Home.

Newboro – A dedicated group of Java Drinkers from Newboro meet regularly to support the community with donations to local initiatives.

On July 24th, Newboro Coffee and Lunch Program members Kathy Mussell, Joan Wright, and Peter Frey presented Rideau Lakes Mayor Arie Hoogenboom with $1,000 to support the long-term care redevelopment project at Maple View Landings in Athens.

This is an example of how ”every dollar counts” in the Fundraising Committee’s efforts to raise $3,000,000 for the benefit of residents at the new G. Tackaberry and Family Home.
