Prescott – The South Grenville Senior Rangers lost a 9-5 decision to the South Stormont Mustangs on Saturday in EOSHL action in Prescott.
The Rangers were outshot 44 to 35 by the Mustangs during the game.
Scoring for South Grenville were #91 Alexander Grenier (#13 Andy Frias-Perron, #97 Bruno Vaillancourt) in the first period, #18 Zachary Lefebvre (#17 Brandon Gilmour, #37 Broydon Stufko) and #28 Étienne Champagne (#21 Connor Van Luit, #77 Adam Watson) in the second period and #28 Étienne Champagne (#91 Alexander Grenier, #19 Jared Fenlong) and #12 Rylan Iwachniuk (#91 Alexander Grenier, #37 Broydon Stufko) in the third.
The Ranger’s goalie Marshall Frappier received 2nd start of the night with 35 saves.
South Grenville will host the North Dundas Rockets this Saturday, October 12th at the Alaine Chartrand Arena in Prescott. Game time is 5:00 pm.
