Prescott – In their first game of the National Capital Junior Hockey League’s (NCJHL) 2024-25 season on Saturday, the South Grenville Junior Rangers lost a 4-2 decision to the North Dundas Rockets at the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre.
North Dundas scored two goals in the first period to take a 2-0 lead.
In the second period, South Grenville would score their only two goals of the game by Noah Penney. The Rockets would score two more, one in the second and one in the third to win the game.
The junior Rangers will host the Metcalf Jets this Friday evening starting at 7:30 pm at the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre.
