VIDEO: 2024 Brockville Rotary Harvest Sharing Food Drive Begins Today & Runs Until Saturday

The 2024 Rotary Brockville Harvest Sharing Food Drive is being held starting today until Saturday, October 12th in Brockville – (Dale Elliott, Hometown TV12 File Photo from last year’s food drive.)

Brockville – The annual Rotary Clubs of Brockville Harvest Sharing Food Drive begins today, Thursday, October 10th and runs until Saturday, October 12th.

During the fall season, closing in on Thanksgiving, the Rotary Club of Brockville and the Rotary Club of the 1000 Islands ask that you generously give food items or a monetary donation to benefit the Brockville and Area Food Bank clientele.

They will be accepting monetary and food donations in support of the Brockville & Area Food Bank at this year’s drop-off location at the Real Canadian Superstore in Brockville which will have a collection truck on hand today from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Friday and from 9:00 am to noon on Saturday.

Brockville’s MOVE 104.9 will go live from the Superstore on Friday, October 11th from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

You can also drop off donations at J.B. Kelly Waterway Insurance at 7712 Kent Blvd. in Brockville, Planit Fitness at 2399 Parkedale Ave in Brockville and the RBC Parkedale location at 2459 Parkedale.

This year donations will be sorted at the Brockville & Area Food Bank by Rotary volunteers.
