
Brockville – A traffic stop by Brockville Police early Monday morning has led to multiple charges for a Brockville man.
Police say, that on January 20, 2025, at around 3:30 am, a traffic stop was conducted in the area of North Augusta Road, for a traffic infraction.
The occupants were identified, including a 45-year-old, local man, in the front passenger seat. It was learned that the man, was on an undertaking, with a curfew condition; to remain within his residence between the hours of 9:00 pm and 6:00 am.
The male subject was arrested and searched. and was found to have a pry bar, a bag containing multiple other tools, unopened earrings, two credit cards belonging to another person, a package addressed to another person, and a quantity of crystal methamphetamine.
Police say the man was held for a bail hearing for the offences of failing to comply with an undertaking, possession of a credit card, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of break-in instruments, and possession of methamphetamine for trafficking.
